Our Bioplastics
Biodegradable , compostable, bio based. Browse our extensive product range for sustainable plastic solutions .

The Biodegradable additive masterbatch is an organic based solution to offer regular plastics to biodegrade in accelerated process, these additives are purely organic and completely biodegrade without leaving microplastics.
Our goal is to make environmentally friendly plastic by providing advanced briodegradable masterbatch with high standards to reach almost every region of the planet. It has been tested under ASTM D5988 / IS/ISO 17556:2019*.
Benefits of the Biodegradable additive

Accelerated Plastic Biodegradation
3-5 years of average * compared to
100’s of years of current plastic
biodegradation time.

Does not leave any micro plastics and toxic residue.

Easy to implement in manufacturing process with 1-3% dosage as a masterbatch

The compostable product family are advanced starch based natural biopolymer compounds used for flexible films like, carry bags, household films, injection moulding also used in thermoformed products.
Compostable products /compounds has been tested under ISO 17088*.
Bio Filler
BioFiller made from Thermoplastic Starch (TPS) and Polybutylene Adipate co-Terephthalate (PBAT).Various proportions of PBAT can be added to the base compound to make final compound or making extrusion blown films that are completely biodegradable and compostable.

Oxygreen- Oxo biodegradable additive masterbatch to manufacturers of finished plastic products in the packaging, agricultural and other film making industries. Oxygreen is India’s first Oxo-Biode- gradable technology, which has been tested and proven under ASTM D6954standards, by adding only 1% of OXYGREEN to plastic processing, there will be no changes to process and product behaves like a conventional product during its intended service life.
Soon after plastic is discarded (different disposal environments), the Oxygreen technology is activated by natural sunlight heat, it will start loosing molecular weight and also turns into hydrophilic molecular fragmentation, which helps faster degradation.
